Stoped last Saturday at 9pm ordered a nacho bell grande they only put meat and cheese nothing else. My wife ordered a crunch wrap and 4 soft taco. Never got the crunch wrap. The employees were not friendly didn't give us the sauce we asked for and they were slow you could hear the employees coursing and see them just standing around through the drive through window. This was my absolute worst experience there ever.

Okay food. Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. Used to go there every day after school and would order a drink and a burrito 20 minutes ahead of picking it up and 4/5 days of the week it is not ready when I go in there. I stand at the registers and it can take them 10 minutes just to recognize that you’re standing there, then start making your food. Absolutely the worst! I do not recommend going unless you have 20+ minutes to wait for food!!

This location was always my favorite but after tonight I'm not sure I'll be back. First thing. Why do I have to order on the kiosk? There were 7-8 people behind the counter and you mean to tell me one couldn't take my order!? Then the flour tortillas were stiff & my food was literally smashed in one bag and I mean smashed to the point a burrito actually split up the side.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, don’t ever ask for anything extra especially if it’s free because they will just call the cops on you and lie about everything. My co worker is now spending FIVE days in jail over a cup of FREE water because they were too lazy to just simply turn around and get her water, instead they called the cops on her, lied to the cops and because she is black and was angry ,they arrested her. They are RACIST , RUDE, and don’t know anything about customer service. This place needs all new employees and management or plainly just shut down. I don’t know how you can feel good about yourself , putting a single mother of five in jail over a cup of FREE WATER!!!! all you had to do is not even take two steps, literally turn around grab and cup and give her water, instead they wanted to get smart late at night and try to make her go through the drive thru again just to order something free. It’s absolutely disgusting and ridiculous!! All you had to do is your job and you can’t even do that correctly because your too lazy and high off drugs to actually care about your customers!! Water is free get over yourself Taco Bell!!!! Your not a fancy restaurant your a cheap overpriced FAST FOOD JOINT!!!

At the window I asked if I could add sour cream (which I had forgotten). She said "we can't let people change orders at the window". I suppose this is understandable if they were trying not to hold up the line, so I told her I would come in and order. I was the only person in line and waited there a while, with all 3 employees looking over occasionally but never coming to the counter. I had to leave and go back through the drive through line. When I arrived home, I found the shredded chicken soft tacos had chunk chicken in them instead. I myself don't like Taco Bell. Their beef is canned and smells like dog food - but sometimes my wife craves their shredded chicken soft tacos. Next time she does, I'll go to the Hamilton store, not this one.

I might sound crazy but I love me some taco bell! With that said, this location has some of the rudest, and unfriendly workers. I waited 5mins to get waited on an I was the only person in line. Works in the back chilling on their cell phones. But the food was great. So 3 stars is
Me and my wife use love this branch of Taco Bell because we always got good service good food last time we went there we both got a box crunchwrap supreme but it had very little meat mostly lettuce and tomato onto one that had lettuce and tomato very disappointed.

No fried items or beef however, you might get a surprise jalapeño rolled up in your wrapper which was obviously just put there to mess with me,I don’t expect them to roll out the red carpet but the employees treat you like you are bothering them at their home by cutting you off when trying to order…past few visits have been AWFUL…I understand people might have a bad day but this is going out of their way to be ill mannered…cleaning up at 1:13 telling you they’re getting ready to close however the website and everything else says they’re open until two but if you’re gonna treat customers this way, why would you even be open when you’re just going to get a bad reputation and piss people off I seldom complain but this isn’t the first occasion The rude service has been the past few times the out of beef has been at least four that I can think of so if this is the kind of place, you’re looking for sure go ahead and go to Taco Bell and Fairfield for the most hellish experience you’ll have, but it’ll give you something to talk about And you’ll get a bonus jalapeño don’t forget
