Eat breakfast there 2 or 3 times a week. Got there around 9 this morning. Asked for a chicken biscuit combo. I asked for it plain with a slice of tomatoe. Was told they couldn't put tomatoe on it. When I got to the pick up window, all I said was it was weird that I couldn't get a slice of tomatoe. Her response was, SUE US. I was surprised. She appeared to be laughing. I have always until today been treated nice. My 2 word response to this location now is, I'm done. As I drove off she said I could have gotten the tomatoe at 10. I'm laughing now.

Showing aggression in front of my small childden is never okay. Woman in the drive thru who was training someone started off to me and slammed drive thru window in my face because they forgot to put straws and bbq in my kids meals and I had to ask her. You shouldnt put mentally unstable people in positions of customer service. Its common sense. That lady forgot to take her meds today.4:15pm on 1/2023... do not use this ghetto location they have personal issues they need to work on.

Most of the time this location seems to get our order correct, however tonight was not the case. Just got home and checked my order. I ordered a single cheese, small chili, drink and baked potato. Order I received was Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken sandwich, fries, baked potato and drink.Somewhat my fault because I did not get receipt ( she asked) and I did not ask her to repeat order. This was a late evening 7:45 pm order and not their best effort. So I ended up throwing the chicken sandwich away. I will be more careful if I go there in the future.

This might be off topic but my 26 year old daughter works at this location. She put in 40 hours of work. Received 171.09 through payroll. She was owed 384$. No one seems to know why she isn't paid and accused her of being paid. Yeah, for roughly 1.5 days of work. I'd like to make them famous for mistreating their employees, not allowing bathroom breaks, forcing them to fight for their paychecks, and being written up and/or threatened for drinking water! They must do better!!

This location is hit or miss. Tonight I wish I'd drove past. This piece of chicken tastes like it timed out earlier this week, perhaps sat behind the grill until my order came up... It'll be a long time before I trust Wendy's chicken won't break my teeth as this is the second time getting a hockey puck.

Just placed an order inside and the guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and got annoyed when I was using the wendys app. Very disappointed and I won't be back.
