I would like anyone who may of had an issue here to come in and give us another try! I am working hard on making this place better for the patrons, and for Findlay! If you had a bad experience in the last 6 months, screen shot your review and come in before March 15th, 2024 (Tuesday thru Saturday between 10a and 6p as this is when I am there), I will make sure you get taken care of and will give you a combo meal on me! This Steak 'n Shake is ok if you're ok with germs and no human contact. When we walked in, there were nobody was in sight. After ordering our food off the kiosk machine, we used the restroom. There was urine on the bathroom floor, a toilet that would not flush, no soup, water hardly worked, and no paper towels to dry your hands. The dining area was filled with trash on the ground. Our burger were smashed frozen patties, like what you get from the discount freezer isle, nothing like what we are use to. Quality of ingredients were poor, like noticably poor. We ended up throwing out food away and making dinner.
