We had a coupon for our family, so I thought we'd try something new. The chicken was fresh, moist, and tender. My kids loved the mac and cheese. The cashier was very pleasant and friendly ? She asked me to pull ahead because they were making the chicken fresh for us. I genuinely appreciate it ??I also tried their mashed potatoes; however, they were not very good. The corn was great as well as the biscuits ?
Food was good. The temperatures of the food were off. My coleslaw was in the same bag with the french fries. The coleslaw was warm and the french fries were cold.The chicken pot pie was awesome! The temperature was hot.The service was good. I ordered on the app and it was ready for pickup as scheduled.

We stopped in on a Friday 5:30pm. We ordered 2 Big box meals. Both extra crispy. During our wait for our meals the counter person yelled out to us that they only had enough extra crispy for 1 meal what did we want to do. We elected to do regular on one meal. Food was good but the tables inside were not cleaned. We like KFC but I think this stores management needs to do better.
