I just came to the drive-through, The girl which took my order was very rude act like she didn’t understand what I was saying, and keep asking and repeating everything I said, then when I ordered a Caramel Sunday she told me 4 times they don’t have a chocolate sundae ,I did not ask for chocolate sundae. Worst McDonald’s ever don’t know why I keep going ! Always something wrong item missing or wrong or old! My nuggets are always hard and nasty. Boyfriend went and got an underdone burger so nasty !

Just go to another McDonald’s. This staff is a nightmare. Given the wrong food, came back around and they miraculously couldn’t pull up my order that they confirmed at the window prior. Like, you work at McDonald’s bro. Just read the slip.
