This has been BY FAR the best food truck I have eaten from. Our neighborhood has had a food truck come every Thursday since the pandemic began back in March. We liked a few so far, but we were blown away by how good EVERY dish we got was from this truck. Absolutely recommend!!

Best food truck in town! Visited you all at Combustion tonight... The food is so flavorful and the portions are generous (I’m looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow). I wish they offered a side of the plantains, but that’s just me. We’ll visit again for sure!
