Unfortunately I have to leave Grove City if I want a good meal from Chipotle. Both locations just do not care & serve utter trash unfortunately. The old Chipotle ways of good service & amazing food has left Grove City and its a shame. Small portions, bland taste, served with an attitude. If you can't get the lime/salt ratio right in the rice, you might as well throw it all in the trash. Bring back the old Chipotle.
We came in to grab dinner tonight and the staff was upfront about all the items they were out of/didn’t get delivered to them, but they were incredibly pleasant and so nice to speak with. They all had great attitudes and the food was so good. I really hope the higher ups recognize how awesome their staff is!

Don’t order from here unless you are physically in the building. My food arrived cold, and extremely skimpy on the toppings. Barely any rice, 6 pieces of corn and chicken, a pinch of lettuce, 3 pieces of fajita veggies, 1/3 of a scoop of guac THAT YOU PAY $3 EXTRA FOR and they forgot my large chips and guac….never again. Best believe I got a full refund and whoever was working takeout at 2:50pm on 3/11/24 should be ashamed of themselves.
