We have gone here for a year. Last night the whole family went and our server left our family with no drinks the whole meal except when we first arrived. Then they forgot part of my child's order. I said something and the girl didnt even apologize...
Last several times here, the service has been absolutely horrible. Servers take forever to do anything....they don't check on tables in a timely manner like they should, and sometimes they don't even pay attention to what the customers tell them. Would much rather go to another restaurant, in general, or go WAY out of my way to drive down to Lancaster to go to that one because at least they provide good customer service. I won't be going back when we was seated no one came to take our order many families that came in after me was served I wanted leave after 15 minutes of no services but my grandsons wanted stay 20 mins later a waitress came and she apologized.
