Would've received more stars if the customer service was as good as the food. Julie had an additude, I was being super respectful saying please and thank you. I asked for honey, I did not get honey. Then an older guy came to the window and shut it, said have a good day at that point I didn't even have my food.
Waited far to long at drive thru window for someone to actually take my order was told they would be right with .me 12mins I waited then intercom was breaking up badly I was told to wait 4mins on the biscuits which I did not have time to do chicken was blah & the jug of Pepsi leaked all over everything smh.. terrible all around experience?

they make you pay extra for sauce that they won't bother to include in your order. really sucks when you're getting it delivered and are totally without any sauce. also... they never seem to be able to make a chicken little correctly?? I order them all the time and rarely get both pickle and mayo on it, tonight it had mayo but no pickle. this location needs to get it together.
