To start things off, they messed up our order 4 different times, which I was very nice about it and didn't give them a hard time. When I pull up to the window, we were missing our chicken tenders meal that we clearly ordered at the window. They acted all confused and got aggressive with us, shoving the receipt in our face yelling that we didn't order that. Some of the workers here need to go through some customer service training. Their attitudes are deplorable and quite trifling. I always show thanks when ordering and receiving food, but to just have someone shove your food at you and roll their eyes is unacceptable. No one forced you to take this job. My order is always missing something. Last week they forgot my fries and biscuits. Tonight they didn't give me the extra biscuits. Come on Popeye's, check your orders. It's always such an inconvenience. Do better!
