My small size sub I ordered was almost invisible. So I looked for it with my 6 inch mirror telescope and found my sub hiding behind a bread crumb. I noticed an ant watching me licking his chops. I told Mr Ant, can't spare a crumb. And you know what, the ant gave me the cuss and flipped me off. Ordered online. The guy in store was nice. Got back to my hotel and checked out the subs... How the hell do you forget the cheese?... it goes bread then cheese. I ordered one of my 2 subs with extra cheese and got none on both.. The guy at the store did call the phone to inform me that the bread I requested was out so I know he could have said something if they were out of provolone..

I received fast-ish service but as an avid water only drinker, I will not be coming back. They have a large sign posted stating that they will no longer give out "free water cups". Upon asking manager for water, I was charged and refused. I had to eat my meal dry. If you are that concerned about people stealing soda, you are in the wrong biz. Them fountain drinks run on extremely cheap powder solution anyways! Never seen or heard of a food place, no longer giving water for free....read full review
