I love Chipotle, but unfortunately our order is rarely right at this store when we order ahead. I would suggest NOT ordering on the app, but instead ordering inside to have a better chance of a correct order!
Pickup order was supposed to be ready at 6:50pm, I get to the window at 6:55 and she said it’s not ready and it’s gonna be another 5-10 minutes.:. Ok no big deal. But when I just got all the way home and realized that my guacamole isn’t in the bag just made the whole experience negative, the chips and guacamole are crucial to my chipotle experience ttp I leave when they say they don’t have chips ; guacamole. Very irritating.

Below average chipotle experience compared to other stores. The only benefit to this location is the chipotle lane but fair warning if you go that route your portions will likely be shorted. I ordered and paid for double chicken and got a bowl that had exactly 9 chunks of chicken which probably equaled 1 to 1.5oz.
