“Food was great as was the service. The one thing that took away from the atmosphere was an extremely loud man who not only had an annoying cartoonish voice, but insisted on calling his mother and talking to her with his speaker on. She didn’t appear to want to talk to him anymore than we wanted to listen to him. He also thought calling his server “sweetheart” was appropriate. If he hadn’t been there, the visit would have been perfect. Not the restaurant’s fault, but not enjoyable for other guests.“
“We got there steak sandwich, which we love, and tried their TX BBQ pizza. The dough, the crust of this pizza was so great. My father is not a "crust person " but we both thought this crust was absolutely wonderful and just wanted more of it. Really great pizza. And of course their steak sandwich was amazing as always.“
“Food is great, the staff is WONDERFUL! Fun, filled, family atmosphere!! I love it here!!Kid-friendliness: This is place is okay for kids during the day for dinning in such but just like other bars the kids need to go at a certain point and they do here. You won’t see kids here after dinner time.“
“Outstanding meal! The Calamari were fresh, crisp and perfectly prepared; Chopped Salad was cold and the lemon dressing tasty; our entrees were some of the best we've had in quite awhile (Linguini and Chicken Parm)! We'll be back!!!“
“Hands down best sub shop in town for the cost. Blows Penn Station and others way out the water. My personal favorite thing about them: when I call and give my phone number, they have my previous order on file and ask if I want the same order. They go above and beyond what most chains would never be willing to do.“
“Ambiance, food and staff were great, don't remember last time I was in a restaurant for more than 3 hours, it's a total experience including going after dinner to their speak easy. Is my wife favor restaurant !!! And we do travel a lot, great work Middletown.“
“Honestly just love Italian food and had no idea this place existed but so glad we found it. Connected to a golf course but such a hidden gem! Please go out of your way to try this place. The food and service are great! Almost no wait for a thing and nothing but smiles for anything you ask of the staff. Was so nice enjoying a nice dinner with no TVs playing and just gentle music and laughter from everyone enjoying themselves. Can't wait to come back.“
“Let's start by saying that this is a very home decored.Luxurious lustrious, restaurant everything is handmaid with love period this is my first experience. I tried the chicken marsala and I must say its less sweet and better than cheesecake factory LOL. Shout out to Sean the server. Very good service, very concise, very warm Service. this was my first time trying old spaghetti factory. Have a few drinks and talk amongst family while enjoying a home meal from scratch :)“
“Well, I'm still not a fan of the kiosks they have on the tables, but...it did work for me this time, so maybe they have finally worked out the issues. Prices are up like everywhere, but the food seems to be of the same quality. Service was good.“
“Consistently good and love their Detroit styles deep dish with turbo crust. It the only pizza where I enjoy the dough/crust just as much as the pizza itself. Prices are very fair, especially with the quality and quantity that you get, I can normally make 2-3 meals out of one large...and it taste just as good a few days after. Highly recommend Jet's Fairfield.“
“I do not normally provide reviews for chains, but everything about this experience was delightful! We were greeted by everyone with friendly faces, the checkout process was fast and efficient, the wait time was great, the cheesesteak was juicy like it was supposed to be, and the fries were ?. Whatever these guys are being paid, they need to raise it to make sure this crew hangs around.“
“I initially planned on ordering a 3-topping calzone ($9.25) with an extra side of garlic sauce ($0.25), 4 potato skins w bacon ($10) and extra sour cream ($.50) my order was $20 even; but the checkout button turned grey and said that delivery orders had a maximum of $15. So I switched the potato skins to the 2 count, removed the extra sour cream. & removed the extra garlic sauce. I wanna say it was $15.25? Wouldn’t let me order. I said fo it and just got the calzone and fries ($3). So it was $12.25, a $3 delivery fee and I tipped $2 initially. Order was set to be delivered about 40ish minutes later at 4:52.Then a lady from the restaurant called and asked what was going on with the website (I put a note on my order letting them know) and she said that it *should* be a minimum of $15, otherwise you pay the $3 delivery fee… ok cool ? I said it wasn’t a big deal, I was fine with what I ordered; I just wanted to make them aware of the website issue bc I’m sure they’re probably losing money over it. She was super nice & I appreciated that she called right away to make sure there wasn’t an issue.4:52 comes and goes, Im watching out the window, refreshing the status of my order & I got a call at 5:08 and it was the driver saying the address was an empty building. This was my fault, the address said S instead of N; so I went outside so he could see me and I grabbed it from him and gave an extra $3 for the inconvenience.I get inside and open my box and THERES NO DIPPING SAUCE FOR THE CALZONE. So even though I just paid $8 for delivery, wasn’t able to get everything I wanted bc of it- I still had to drive there !!! disappointed is an understatement, I was livid. Dude at the counter didn’t apologize or anything, just gave me a garlic sauce, and told me I didn’t pay extra for the pizza sauce (probably true- I was messing with the cart forever trying to get everything I wanted and keep it under $15), when I said I would pay for it, he said don’t worry about it. So that was nice but i just cannot stress enough that people opt to pay extra for delivery for the convenience & bc they can’t or do not want to get out to go get it. Something as small as a sauce can make or break a meal entirely.Ofc the fries were inedible by the time I was able to eat them; but the calzone was pretty good. For the first time I’ve had this place; the experience was not the best.“
