Service - had to wait almost 10 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant cause no hostess was at the door. Food- We ordered 2 burgers order came out good however, if you want mayo this location charges you for it (which is ridiculous). Fries are good. Additionally ordered chicken bowl it was ok, they put so much spice that you couldn't taste any flavor, rice seemed to be white not seasoned. Bang bang shrimp tacos were ok. We use to patron a location in Florida regularly and was so excited we found one up here. What a disappointment all around.

We went for dinner and was impressed with the size of the pickle chips. They were very good. My wife got the surf and turf and I got the OMG Burger. She said the steak was too small but was good. My OMG Burger was okay. The beef needed seasoning. The Berger did but have any condiments on it so asked for a side of mayo. It was 50 cents. I have never been charged for a side of mayo at a restaurant.Also, the pickle chips came with a very small cup of ranch, and was charged a dollar for another. The small charges for condiments seemed pretty and made me not want to come back.Overall, service was excellent but you need to be up front when you are going to charge for things where most do not.

Went to watch a bowl game and the atmosphere was the same as a TGI Friday's or Chili's. The service was good but lagged towards closing time (to be expected), though the kitchen closed an hour before the doors did.The food is ok, the wings were a little dry and several flavors were unavailable. I doubt i'd go back, but that's mostly a distance thing.

The food here is awful! I got the grilled chicken salad. It was a small bowl of bagged iceberg lettuce, a few tough pieces of chicken, and not much else. It tasted awful. A $13 salad should be fresh, contain at least a whole chicken breast and not taste like garbage. I will never come back.

Football season special is BOGO wings. Wings and mango-habanero/carribean-jerk sauces are great. Staff is hit or miss - sometimes great - other times not so good!
Food was good and outside seating was great. Small inside but had some games on the TV.

Contacted customer service over a week ago, crickets. So now leaving a review. The whole experience was poor. Had to get our own menus, then had to get our own silverware. Was doubled charged for drinks, charged for substituting a sauce (?!), out of multiple items, received wrong items. Didn’t get drinks until dinner was almost served. It was just a hot mess for a place that wasn’t even that busy. Super disappointed in the service and over charges but even more disappointed in the lack of response from the restaurant.
