Bob Evans is a name that seems to always comfort me in that I know they have consistently provided exactly what I expect. A lovely endeavor to up their game. Their sole was prepared well, with healthy options like fresh fruit & salads. Pay attention to the calories however. The modern farm decor is appropriate. And who knew cocktails became an option at this chain? If you want to go sideways at a diner off the highway, I suppose this is a clean enough place to do just that.

Understaffed. Server needed help keeping up. Food was cold but she did her best. Took us over an hour to get our lunch. Appeared to only be a total of 3 people working the entire restaurant.

We had to wait on silverware because they were all dirty at the moment and then at least 2 of the silverware they freshly brought us had food caked on it. I got a meatloaf and it was okay, but definitely not worth $13 or even something I'd ever get again. This was my first time ever eating at Bob Evans.

Looking for breakfast and Bob Evans was close. I had the best breakfast and my waitress was exceptional! I hadn't sat down for a full minute before Tiffany came and took my drink and food order. She brought my drinks right away and my food came hot off the grill as well. I don't understand the lower ratings for this restaurant at all

Went to Hilliard/ Cemetery Rd restaurant today/Sunday around 2 pm. Stood in lobby. Saw 7 employees in view. After 5 minutes, one lady acknowledged us & said it would a few minutesStill saw manager & other employees right in viewWalked out after waiting 10 minutes in lobbyWent to a NICE restaurant that made us feel welcome

The bathroom was extremely dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned at all. The night before. one of the toilets was black.The floor didn't look like it had been swept.And the waitress wasn't focused on her customers. She was more interested in talking to the cook and the people she worked with.
