It was our first time in.Donna was very informative and talked us through the menu and how to order.Samples are always a way to the customers heart! Great customer service with the gentleman cashing us out and great communication between them both.We will definitely be back.
I really wanted to like this place. The pictures on the site looked great and the reviews were okay. HOWEVER, I felt misled, cheated and bamboozled. I got the 3 meat platter, which was a decent price; however the amount of ribs and brisket I got was down right DISGRACEFUL!! One of my ribs was basically just a bone with barely any meat. The amount of brisket I got wouldn’t even satisfy a toddler. It was miniscule. The Texas Steele food truck gives at least DOUBLE what I received. The only saving grace was the Polish sausage which at least had some taste. I definitely would NOT recommend. Maybe it’s better to actually eat there, but I got takeout….. never again!!

These folks do a good job. BBQ is good and solid. Had the cheddar sausage and turkey. Both were good. Admittedly they could have been warmer but that is a thing in a lot of BBQ places. The Mac and cheese is of good quality for a BBQ joint and the baked beans taste like they are supposed to. Clean. Well kept. The staff is friendly. Overall definitely recommend.

The ribs and rib sauce were delicious. The full slab of ribs said they came with sauce online and I paid for 3 extra sauces. All I got was 3 sauces total. That was extremely disappointing. I'm wondering if they forgot my sauces or if online was wrong, and if you order a full slab of ribs you get no sauce and have to buy each sauce cup individually. I wish they would tell you how much sauce they give you when you online order.The people in the restaurant were nice and also very helpful over the phone when I had questions.

The food was amazing and the service was incredible! I had the brisket stuffed potato and it was delicious. Since it was our first time there they gave us samples of their other meats and sides and everything was very very good. Most barbecue places have great meats and horrible sides but Dickeys had great meat AND great sides! Highly recommend! The service was fast and very friendly! The only thing was the table tops felt sticky, not because they weren’t clean but because they have that finish that feels sticky all the time. Otherwise great place to grab a quick bite for a very reasonable price too!

Food took a long time and workers were acting confused? Checkout lady arguing with someone on the phone about how hard she works.. as i’m waiting for her to finish her personal convo to pay.Dry brisket and potato salad. Will not be back
Their brisket and chicken were better than City BBQ in my opinion. Sides were good as well but less options. Only downside is it seems like they don’t prepare enough food. The I came in at 11:30 and they were already out of sausage and there was a wait for things.Parking: The parking in front is 15m only so you have to park out back in the Rusty Bucket area.
Tried the one in Chillicothe and it was absolutely terrible. Decided to give them a second chance and try the one in Hilliard. I experience was not good here either the pulled pork was tasteless and dry. The macaroni and cheese tasted terrible fountain drink was nothing but soda water and the sauce was thin as could be. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back to any of the locations. And to top it off, it was close to $18 very disappointed

Nothing special. Just some average food. Most of it seemed to be pre-packaged food that they heat up in the store. The brisket was just okay. It's not very flavorful, was pretty dry, and room temperature at best. So, I just wasn't a fan myself. Unlikely that we would go back.

First and last time.Food - food was like warm and was okay, the roll I got was hard and must have been sitting.Service - lady didn’t ask or make suggestions as I was struggling to look at the menu because it not all in one place. She had an AirPod in her ear the entire time.Atmosphere - FREEZING currently 14 outside and the restaurant was just as cold not to mention they only have metal chairs…
