Movies 11 Dine-in at Mill Run

Went to see The little Mermaid and the quality of the screen was very poor, now I have to go see it again somewhere else, they need to lower their ticket prices to $4 because it was terrible. Had to scoot up chairs ourselves in order to recline, straws for drinks came unwrapped already, popcorn was somewhat cold like it has been sitting there. I mean it seems like they just did not care at all. First and last time here and I advise no one to come.

Went here for the first time in probably 10 years and I was astonished. Food was okay.No toilet paper what so ever in any of the stalls. My husband said only three lights worked in the entire men's bathroom. The place was so dead we weren't even sure they were open. No lights on the steps in the theater to show you where the steps are, which is a huge hazard. This place has went to sh! It.

Our experience was fine, but I can see how these other reviews are true. It depends on your expectations.We walked in and bought tickets 2 min post start time, thinking there would be previews. Wrong. The movie had already started.This is dine-in so you can only order food/snacks at your seat unless you go to the bar area.
