I had a bad experience, which is not typical of Panera. I ordered a "Sausage, Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel" with no cheese or egg. Just sausage on a bagel.When I picked it up, it was just cheese on the bagel, so I returned it and explained that it should not have cheese and should have been just sausage on a bagel. This was the worst experience I ever had at a Panera Bread. The food was below my expectations of what Panera should be. Perhaps the staff was having a bad day, but even the manager seemed to resent being there.

This was my first time ever trying Panera Bread, and I will definitely be back. This location is absolutely beautiful, the staff were polite, and I didn’t have to wait long for my order!
