The manager that’s working today was very rude. Can someone from corporate contact me please? That manager was so unprofessional and the guest were looking at her like she was crazy.

Panera has really not been what it used to be for awhile. The food quality is just OK but the prices are as high as a sit-down restaurant. Even the breads are hard as a rock. Flavors are very bland. Coffee is often out and they may or may not get you the kind you want if it's late afternoon or later. Staff seems overwhelmed.

I was at panera today at 11am and I ordered creamy chicken, wild rice. Then I found hair inside the soup and instead of apologizing and replace it with other free one . They made me pay for it which I'm not supposed too cause it's their fault .This is not good at all. Hair must be covered when staff prepare food to customers so mistake this don't happen again and find hair in food or soup or maybe bugs.

Restaurant is very clean!! I always see employees wiping down dirty tables and vacuuming floors; I visit this store almost everyday due to being a employee across the way; the bathrooms were kinda filthy with over filled trash; BUT, other than that the restaurant and staff keep this restaurant location VERY WELL MAINTAINED! •The only other issue(s) I had was when I go to pick-up my order after my name was called out; I would be missing a few food items…..it was kind of a inconvenience BUT; the staff would immediately fix it & are very kind & apologetic about the mistakes•Vegetarian options: There is a wide variety of saladsDietary restrictions: Besides bread which I cannot eat all the time; there is fruit options and yogurt options (which I love!)Parking: Wheelchair accessible and plenty of parking available!Wheelchair accessibility: is available!

Ridiculous that their breakfast sandwich is almost $7 and they can't make them right. First time I ordered one, they did not put the bacon on it, second time I ordered one, the cheese on the sandwich was thicker than the egg and the bread was stale and ice coffee is so watered down. And they are so rude if you say something. I'm afraid to have them remake it. They were not busy at all. Counter person was standing outside smoking. I will not be ordering from this location anymore.

John Brunner is a great worker at Panera Bread because he's hardworking, reliable, and always delivers excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond to ensure that customers have a positive experience. He is always so nice
Very hostile female manager. Hilliard, Ohio Fishinger Blvd location . Screaming AT ME, about how a driver “stole” her order. Other customers and employees looked on as she went on her rant. So embarrassing for the company. She kept attempting to argue with me that she is refusing to make the order again (OK…?) while I was attempting to cxl the order out on the app. Has confusion about how the delivery process works and alot of misplaced anger. She wanted so badly to argue with me about what had happened during a previous transaction that I had nothing to do with. Seemed personally offended at me for me doing my job. With her inability to provide a shred of professionalism or customer service, it is amazing she has been put in a position over others, or even allowed to work with the public for that matter. Zero stars.

I had a bad experience every time I went there. I always wait for someone to assist me to take my order, the quality of food, especially the salads, is low and not fresh. Plus, I visited the location today with my kids. The supervisor left her business, and she only focused on my kids and treated us badly . Even when we sat outside, she followed us, and she was really rude and non respectful. I think it is not a good environment at all for family with kids to visit this location.
