The food was great! But the star of the show was our service worker, Gavin. He embodies the definition of hospitality. He made us feel welcome and catered to all of our needs. I don't know what he is making, but I do know he deserves a Raise from Canes!!
I was hesitant to get in the long drive thru line for fear of a long wait. I am so glad I went ahead and got in line! The service was superbly quick and efficient. The food was fantastic as usual.
Food is always the same. Not sure if that's good or bad. Fries are always soggy and unsalted. They always forget my extra bread, like 5x now. I stopped asking for it.

Cluck cluck you stole a buck maybe more you little .... No seriously the food is great well at least the chicken, toast, and coleslaw. The fries are always soggy. But I'll get to the point of my rhyme. Yesterday 3/21/24 I ordered a caniac meal but only received 5 chicken fingers. It's supposed to come with 6. Under normal circumstances this wouldn't be so frustrating. But the chicken fingers have gotten smaller, the sauce cups have gotten smaller, and the portion of fries have gotten smaller. And to top it all off the prices have gone up. Nearly $16 for a caniac meal. You guys sell single chicken fingers for $1.85. I don't know maybe hire people that can count to at least 6. Or double check your orders. Stop trying to take advantage of your customers or soon you wont have any.
