I purchased a gift card on their website and it was supposed to ship to me. After one week, I contacted them via the email address provided in my confirmation email, to check on the order status. No response. After one more week I contacted them through their website which boasts a 48 hour window for response. No response. Almost three weeks after initial purchase I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to get my money back. I never did receive the courtesy of a response from Starliner Diner.

Words can not describe how perfect this place is. Large portions, fair pricing, super staff and a bar. With a diverse menu you can fill the belly of even the pickiest eater. They now have Nancy's items and that was my 2nd favorite diner in the city. I look forward to any opportunity to visit and once you go you'll understand that family atmosphere will keep you coming back.

The food is outstanding. The Cuban is killer, I love the Roja Viejo dinner from the specials menu. The service js great and food comes out so quickly. Don’t pay attention to their google maps hours they’re open 9a-midnight Thurs-Sat and 9a-9p every other day of the week. Plus they have a pup friendly patio. It doesn’t get better than that.

Place is starting to look old the booths are cracking. The food was alright I had the 3 cheese omlette. The potato's where not cooked all the way. Soda was good. Price was not to terrible but we would pick other places over this place. I used to love the old one I went there all the time but the new location is not so good.
Food and service were good but the atmosphere is too crowded for the size of the building. Tables are too close and it is loud making it hard to have a conversation with the people that are with you.Made two trips at once, first and last.
