I've eaten here quite a few times, especially in the last few months. I can't rank the 'atmosphere' because I've only ever used the drive-thru, but the food has always been great. The subs are pretty good sized. They're a lot like Penn Station.My only criticism comes with an offset: the drive-thru is very slow -- but, that's probably because they're cooking food for your order; this isn't fast food, so it takes time. You're probably better off going in to order. Again, it's just not fast food, which is probably why it tastes better than fast food!

I had never heard of Steak Escape until this week. Let's just say I will never be able to forget these fries!! They were absolutely delicious! Can't wait to go back and try other stuff from the menu! I couldn't believe how big the serving was for the price!

It's like stepping into a time warp back to the 90s at Westland mall. The food IS AS AMAZING AS IT WAS THEN. The menu has been updated, but the cheesesteaks are still the exact same. The fries are amazing and yes, it tastes the exact same as Westland mall. It's overloading for this ol mall kid emotionally. But definitely would recommend highly to the mall kids of the 90s and everyone. Food is amazing, the staff is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is a walk through memory lane.

Dropped rating after today's visit; 15 minutes for barely warm fries, dry meat, and stale bread.Hate to drop another chain from my normal food routine ?. Gonna give th another shot next week, but this is the 2nd poor experience at this location in a row and now 3 in last 6 with the chain. Crossing my fingers and running out of choices to eating out; in Columbus, that is just sad (with the amount of choice available in foodville USA).
