The customer service was terrible. The young lady showed disconcerted and unprofessional attitude whether I was happy with the service. She wasn’t friendly and approachable. I tried being friendly with her and I did not received the same thing in return back from her at all. In other words. If she wake up on the wrong side of the bed she should have stayed home. Tired of seeing these old folks who probably aren’t competent enough to drive complaining about coupons. Employees at locations have no control over their POS systems, or corporate. Get a life. Their subs are always made perfect, employees are very friendly, and this specific subway has a very chill vibe to it. This location did not accept my coupon I received in the mail just 2 days ago. It's "not a participating location" . I'm really getting tired of hearing this from subway locations. If no one accepts the coupons that corporate issues, why in the heck spend money to send them to us.
