“Food is always so good, sometimes we go multiple times a week. Staff is very friendly.I just wish there was a larger selection of food and that we’d be approached more often for drink refills as we usually have to flag someone down for a refill, but that’s probably because they’re usually very busy and possibly short staff so it’s understandable.Anyways, I crave this place everyday and I wish I could even more often than I already do lol. It’s one of the only restaurants that don’t give me an upset stomach.“
“The restaurant itself is pretty bare and doesn’t have the best atmosphere, but considering the reviews, the food is really good! Stopped by for carry-out and ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and a spring roll, and the food was fresh and tasted great! Servers were a bit quiet but still friendly, and the restaurant was clean.“
“Normally, my boyfriend and I are happy with the food here. Today, the food looked dry but gave it the benefit of doubt and tried it anyways since we were both craving it. The employee gave us mostly cabbage with the noodles, barely any noodles. The fried rice was incredibly dry. The rest of our food was just ok, not as good as it normally is. At checkout, I asked for 2 of all the sauces, once we got home, I received 1 of only a couple of them, and 1 fortune cookie even though there were clearly two of us standing there. Next time, we are going to take the extra drive to the Canton/North Canton one. Maybe everyone there was just having one of those days.“
“Fast, courteous service during a surprisingly busy time. -1 Star because I requested LIGHT ONIONS on my Pepper Steak quart, but still received a dish that was 65% Onions. This seems to be the norm with all of the restaurants over the past decade. It is also the reason that I rarely order Pepper Steak. Outside of that food was tasty and fresh. No pineapple sauce served with Shrimp toast. I probably should remove another star.“
“I'd give them a 5 if the pad Thai has more flavor and had cilantro. The portion was great, we had chicken and added shrimp and was cooked perfectly.. and it wasn't dry. Just needed a tad of spice.. or something. The crab ragoon and sauce was good. Their dumplings, delish also the soy sauce. Fried rice wasn't the greatest but we still ate them. Mind you, this was an Uber delivery. We luckily had soy sauce bc we got two forks 3 napkins and one packet of soy sauce from them. I'd order again just letting others know my options“
“This was my first time going to the Phoenix Express in Stow. When I walked in to my surprise there weren't very many people but as soon as they took our order they were very busy at work. I wanted to try the Sushi Omakase after seeing pictures online. I thought I would have to travel at least 15-45 minutes to get this sushi anywhere else and was very pleased to see this here. What a hidden gem! Highly suggest this place, the customer service was top tier and they even came out and explained each piece of sushi to us! It was like art! Very enjoyable and highly recommended.Dietary restrictions: The chef was kind enough to ask if we had any allergies before preparing our food.Parking: Lots of spots in Stow plaza.Kid-friendliness: Looked like a nice open atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.“
“Very small indoor area with only two tables, I think they mostly do takeout. But the food was delicious and hot, came out earlier than expected, and the portions were large! Even the fortune cookie was yummy and came with an actual fortune, which I feel like is rare these days.“
“We (wife and I) ordered carry-out. She got Chicken with garlic sauce and I got Moo Goo Gai Pan. Both where combination dinners with fried rice and egg rolls. The food was great. We are glad to have found a place with good Chinese food. Service was perfect and pleasant . There are two closer Chinese restaurants to us, but the extra drive is well worth it.“

“The food rules. Better than any other place in a 50 mile radius. We are lucky. We worried they closed, but are now open again. Have been coming here for years. Suggestion: make the music a little louder inside. It is whisper quiet when dining in, you can here everybody's words.“
