Went there to get dinner last night. They were slow as hell. The girl at the drive thru window was rude as hell. The fries were cold not even warm at all. The double cheeseburgers were cold and the 20 piece nuggets were cold and tasted
Worst experience. Night shift told me they couldn’t provide the food I ordered on the app. Offered an alternative. Then said they couldn’t do that (including french fries) or give my money back. Even after speaking with Manager Liv. Was told to contact a 1-800 number for further help with a refund. Only giving 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option.

Whenever I come and place a mobile order for breakfast, I always come before 10:30, I always wait, and everytime a worker tells me some story on why they can’t make it. Third time this has happened. From someone who’s worked fast food for years that’s unacceptable!!!! This place needs to hire people that can actually do the job.
