“We eat here a lot, it's one of our family favorites. We sometimes get their pizza which is our favorite. Sometimes we get burgers and milkshakes and those are delicious too. We have not really been disappointed with anything we have tried. We usually do takeout but have eaten there a few times too and have always been happy with the service. It's a casual place and has a relaxed atmosphere. Great for a quick lunch too.Kid-friendliness: It's a great place to take kids. They love the food here.”

“Cash or check only, so be prepared. It was very busy on a Wed night. Try to sit closer to the bar, as the area near the door is used by parents as a place to let their kids cut loose. Wed must be karaoke night - there were some truly talented singers.”

“I had the maple bourbon latte, and it was excellent. A lot of flavored drinks end up having a strong sugary fake flavor vibe, but not this drink. It’s blended well and the flavor while certainly strong enough, is smooth and tastes natural. The atmosphere is great and it seems to be a local hangout. I’ll be back here when I’m in Chillicothe again.Parking: Parking can be difficult and it’s metered on the street, free only on weekends”

“The old standard blue collar bar in town. Cheap drinks and good food without a deep fryer. Good juke box as everything connected via internet. Dad would come here after softball games. My Grandma would cook there and is said to have started the cold weather Potato soup on Fridays, although the recipe now is slightly different but really good.”

“I absolutely love the Pleasant Valley Shake Shoppe. Their slaw dogs are my favorite. They have the best hot dog sauce and slaw! I love their blueberry sundae as well. The milkshakes are great as well. You’ll have a wait for the food but that’s because they make it fresh and trust me it’s worth the wait. “Was looking for a place to stop for lunch while driving to Chicago and found this place on Google. Well worth the stop! Sausage and hot dog were delicious and loaded with toppings! Wish we had a hot dog place like this in Richmond.”

“The staff is so nice and welcoming. My daughter and I drive from Columbus just too come here. They have several flavors of tea and boba. They also do iced and blended and the ordering process is easy. Sometimes ordering bubble tea can be a bit intimidating lol. The decor is so cute, esp the bathroom wallpaper!! They give punch cards so you get a free drink after so many visits!! We have tried several other milk tea places in columbus but this is our favorite. It's both kid and parent friendly with good prices. I am picking my daughter up from school and making the 30 min trip here because the closer ones do not offer blended options which are my daughter's fav! We just overall really enjoy coming here and it's kind of becoming "our thing"”
