great products and coffee! I love the bagel selections and the cream cheese. they also have almond milk for any coffee which I love. the service is fast and employees have great customer service! The ambiance could be a bit better, but I understand they aren't dining in. 10/10!
Eating an Einstein bagel is like eating a disappointing McFlurry. You're like "Oh this looks like it has m&ms yum!" And then you take a bite and realize there are like 6 on the top layer and the rest is just vanilla ice cream. I have tried most of Einstein's flavors and am almost always underwhelmed. The food can be good at times and I really like the menu. But the place is often closed at sporadic times during normal business hours and half of the bagel choices are usually not available. I try to visit the Rocky River location, if possible, as they always have everything fresh and ready to go.
