The Downtown Bistro has been totally remodeled and awesome new management. They just reopened on October 15, 2020 and I've been there several times already. Gorgeous, classy interior, top top top customer service, oh yes, we love the menu top to bottom. Many daily SPECIALS and the best HAPPY HOUR I know of. Great steaks, the best Fish n Chips, Salmon, Walleye, Scampi, Buttermilk Chicken Fingers, Shrimp and Scampi Linquine, Cranberry Chicken Salads and other Vegetarian treats....read full review
This restaurant has moved into what was known as the Lancaster Hotel downtown. The food is excellent, good service and moderately priced. There is parking available in the parking lot next door.

Excellent choice fir a nice dinner out. Side salads were very fresh and dressing seemed homemade. Fish and chips was excellent, substituted roasted potatoes and the salad for slaw and fries. We ordered the crab cakes as a meal. Service was good and atmosphere nice as well. Food was hot and served quickly.
