“The restaurant itself is great. Fast service food was hot. I still don't understand the concept. These are the blandest chicken fingers made anywhere. A piece of dry toast you get and that sauce isn't anything to write home about either.“
“We were looking for something we don't have at home for lunch while in Lancaster, and Rax popped up on maps. My wife said that's where we should go. I haven't had a Rax roast beef since the late 80's, and was very happy with my meal. The staff was very friendly, and we talked about how they're down to 4 Rax's left. We got our food and were completely satisfied! I am not a fan of Arby's (overpriced). We both had lunch and it was $20. I got the big sandwich even! Great horseradish sauce and BBQ sauce. Twisty fries were fresh hot and crispy yet soft on the inside. If we're in town again, we'll eat here again.“
“I scream, you scream we all scream for ice cream! One of our favorite stops when we’re wanting a sweet treat or cheese curds!! Yum, better just get a basket of them with ranch or marinara! It’s a busy and popular place so you have to expect to not be in a hurry and wait a little bit. Most of the time they get the orders right however tonight they didn’t give us the right blizzard and just made two of the same. Overall tho it’s a good stop and variety of things for everyone.“
“This evening I ordered a personal size with pepperoni & I said I wanted it lightly baked.....when I picked it up and got home.....well, it was the worst I have ever had.....dried pepperoni.the crust was tough & overdone ( almost burnt on bottom).....I have been to several of your places and always was very pleased but not tonight.“
“My wife and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was fun and made the event special. The food was awesome!! We had the Love Clutch, Shrimp, Butter Cake, and Brownie. So good!!! The shrimp are awesome to say the least. Thank you for making our Valentine's Day special.“
“You don't see a lot of Managers out on the floor cleaning the tables. Especially when there is 5 to 8 workers on staff too. I just watched a lady named Haley (spelling could be off) jn Lancaster Ohio, clean this whole lobby and trash cans too. A+ Girlie....A+ Leading by example is one trait not taught. It takes a leader. “This is the BEST Subway I’ve ever been to. If it wasn’t for this location I wouldn’t eat Subway at all. The food here is always fresh and the employees are always so nice! I’ve never had a bad experience here at this location. I feel like it’s family owned because the service is always amazing here and that usually means the employees are treated well!! Keep it up!“
“I don't know what it is but everyone u talk to is their hotdogs taste like their water soaked maybe they should take them out when their done so they don't taste this way and they tasted the same way in Cape Coral Florida when I lived down there but everything else is greatKid-friendliness: Great for kids“
“I've been coming to this subway for years. I wont go to my local ones. I go out of my way to come to e. Main. The employees are always on point. Ask and offer extra things like cutting or wrapping separate. Never give a side eye if you ask for more condiments or veggies. You can give them your whole order and they remember it. And they're never out of my favorite bread. Really this location should get more attention than it does. Thank you guys for being so great!Kid-friendliness: My sweet boy who is really well behaved...claimed on top of the table while I was ordering ?. I got him down but the employees never judged me.
