You don't see a lot of Managers out on the floor cleaning the tables. Especially when there is 5 to 8 workers on staff too. I just watched a lady named Haley (spelling could be off) jn Lancaster Ohio, clean this whole lobby and trash cans too. A+ Girlie....A+ Leading by example is one trait not taught. It takes a leader.
