Went through the drive thru. Took some time to get acknowledged on the speaker. Service at the window was awesome!Roast beef sandwiches however---The meat was smashed and flattened like it was just thawed out.Not a happy camper.

Stood by the front register while 1 employee was working the drive thru and 1 employee was getting food for the drive thru. We stood there for about five minutes b4 one of them called for another girl to come up front to the counter. One of them looked rite at us when we walked in. All I can say is, food was fresh and hot! Customer service is lacking!Parking: There is usually plenty of parking before the lunch crowd hits at 12:00

They got into it with a doordasher and said that they aren't priority and to leave the store. There was a drive thru complaint that was dealt inappropriately by the same boy that asked the Doordash lady to leave restaurant. Management is poor and no proper training in customer communication. Employees are trying to run it like they want it to be. Common with franchisees when they just sit back and collect money and don't actually visit the establishment.
