Had a mobile order at this location for the first time and the employee who helped us was so friendly! I only knocked off one star because I wasn’t familiar with this location and I wish there were better directions on how to find it inside the building (referring to the confirmation email with brief directions). I wish it would’ve said first floor, etc

I can't understand how such a wonderful store with the most delicious products and wonderful employees closes some branches instead of expanding it.I had 2 Auntie Annie's around my house and both have been closed since the pandemic. Now I drive miles away to get to the next closest one. I love Annie's pretzels they are wonderful. Went a few weeks ago and ordered a frozen hot chocolate. After a few sips, it chunked up and I couldn't drink it. I took it back and the manager didn't know why because the machine was working fine. But he gave me another one to replace the first and it did the same thing. This week I went there to order a pretzel.
