The bartenders are all super friendly, and they even hosted my fiancé's 30th, and had plates for us to bring cake, seats reserved, and all we did was call to see if we could bring cake! The are so sweet, and everyone here is chill. It's a vibe.“

“We were there for St Patrick's Day and I will say as busy as it was we were sat quickly in perfect booths. From the beginning our service was so wonderful the ladies were all so sweet and assisted each other servicing all of the tables so well. I got the pork shank with crispy brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes and my husband had a corned beef sandwich/w potato salad and we shared the Irish egg rolls and everything was delicious!!!! My only suggestion is not to cut the egg rolls as they cooled off too much B4 we got them but,, were delicious. The Guinness was fresh and my hubby loved it. I would highly recommend this establishment and their great employees.“
“Today, me and my grandmother went to Smitty's Place after getting my hair cut at Cleveland Street Barber Shop. She ordered the Quarter-Pound Cheeseburger, while I ordered the Shrimp Basket and the Soup of the Day. The shrimp basket is cheap and delicious, including 6 deep-fried Butterfly Shrimp and a hearty portion of French Fries. The soup, not as good. Though it tasted great, it was supposed to be spicy. That's why I ordered it. It turned out to be about as spicy as a Poblano Pepper (About half the spiciness of a Jalapeno). I was disappointed, but it didn't stop me from devouring it. Overall, we had a good lunch. I hope to come here again soon.Parking: Parking is right in front of the restaurant, enough for most guests dining in.“

“Food was good and reasonably priced. Only one person was working / cooking but she was able to make our group’s food pretty quickly. Atmosphere inside was good. However, there was a group outside smoking weed and cigarettes, swearing and yelling, and overall being obnoxious. They ruined the patio for us. Other than that, the patio was nice. The inside was also nicer than we expected.“
“Not quite a "dive" bar, but it is a neighborhood hole in the wall. Food is good, as are their prices. And it seems they are always open regardless of weather or holidays. Mixed crowd, but everyone is always friendly and everyone feels welcome. Just a great place to stop for beverages and a bite to eat. I especially love their pizza, and stuffed hot peppers! (But everything is pretty good...)“

“Drove by, saw a sign in front for Lake Perch, turned around and came back. And I was not disappointed! Just a little dive bar. Decent liquor and ok beer selections. Had an IPA and was surprised to see Blantons on the shelf. Ordered the perch. Came with 3 large filets, excellent fresh cut fries, a butter and toasted dinner role, tarter and a bit of slaw. Everything was good. Crowd was decent for 4pm, and service was fast.“

“I was a little anxious pulling in because we’ve never been here before and we just moved to Ohio. I am so glad we stayed and tried it. All of the food was good. The waitress was nice. The fries weren’t seasoned but the burgers were delicious. The blackened fish sandwich was ok. I would eat here again.“
