I ordered online two the monster subs and when my friend came home with them there was nothing on them but bread and little meat and not so much veggies no ranch and I ordered extra everything and bread was not toasted I called and the lady basically said they don't serve extra and they are only allowed one drizzle of ranch I asked if I could get a refund and she said that her manager will call me back and hung up. I wish I could leave zero. I received a few coupon papers in the mail for coupons on subs. I’ve used five so far at different Subways within the Columbus/Marysville area. Never once did they question it. My buddy wanted a Chicken bacon ranch sub. The guy explained that it’d be $2.50 extra for adding the bacon because they have to charge it as a grilled chicken sandwich. Showed up at 8:42 p.m. The sign on the door says they close at 9:00 p.m. and the bright red "OPEN" neon sign was on but the door was already locked.I saw two employees inside so I knocked on the door. They both ignored me.
