I usually love JJs but today was rough. The tuna tasted like straight salt block to the point I threw away half the sandwich. What a waste. I feel like it’s difficult for them to standardize the taste, consistency and sodium on the tuna for whatever reason. I will go back to Jersey Mike’s. Also, the music when I was in today was totally inappropriate for a professional restaurant, f-words flying all over the place while I’m watching the sandwich made. Cringe.
I love Jimmy John’s but this location is gross. It’s dirty. The bathroom was dirty, the tables were dirty even though we were the only customers and there were at least four staff members, mostly standing around and some on their phones. The service was unfriendly and honestly I hope I don’t get food poisoning.

I placed an order online however the third party delivery service could not deliver the order by the time I needed it. I tried to switch the order to pick up online but the online system would not allow it. I called the store and they took my order over the phone regardless of being in the middle of lunch time and they told me they would have it ready for pickup within the time frame that I needed.
