I used to eat at Panera Bread often but it has been awhile due to remote work. I decided to grab lunch at Panera today and was surprised that the restaurant wasn’t busy at noon. I bought a pick two with potato chips and a cup of coffee. That cost $20 which I feel is about $5 more than it should be given the quality of the food, the service provided, and the environment in which it’s served. Stopped here on our way to Nashville because we wanted something a little better than a burger and I can eat broccoli cheddar soup any time of the year. Waited at least 10 minutes maybe closer to 15 for 2 chicken sandwiches and a tiny soup. Everything was cold. For that long a wait and the prices they charge, my food should be hot! I guess I'll heat my soup in the hotel room microwave. They weren't busy at all so there's really no reason this couldn't have been a better experience....read full review

Meh, came here during the eveningand just wasn’t very welcoming…Staff member Julia said they were closed but it was only 6:30, the hours on the front of the building said it closes at nine?I personally like the Deerfield location better.
