Kassi is amazing!!! She was so patient with me trying to figure out what to eat. I haven't had Popeyes in some years and she recommended the bacon and cheese sandwich. It was sooo good and the Mac n cheese was perfect. Just the right amount of cheese and didn't need to add any pepper.
Really wish Popeyes would do a major overhaul on the entire operation. I've been to different states and all have the same bad as customer service and NEVER HAVE CHICKEN READY! Chicken too good to have such horrible customer service in every store.

Been to this location many times on my trips to Kings Island and every visit I get great service and the best chicken of any Popeyes I been to,and this past Saturday I was really hungry and the manager let me get in the drive thru because the lobby was already closed,Thank you for staying open long enough for me to get in the drive thru line.Thats above and beyond that deserves recognition
