Updating: my 4 month old is screaming, I’ve pulled up to wait for my food, still haven’t gotten it and been waiting a total of 35 minutes since we got here. ?I never complain, but this Wendy’s is consistently slow, unavailable, or lacking in service. I’ve come through on more than one occasion when “their systems were down, come back in 10 minutes” and I come back in 10 minutes and was fed the same exact line. Came here a few months ago and used the mobile order for pick up to avoid waiting in line at the drive-thru, When I arrived the dining room was closed and the app didn't say anything out the dining room. I decided to wait in the drive-thru line which was wrapped around the building and the line wasn't moving at all so I got out of line and went somewhere else.

Honestly, this has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. They're constantly running out of food. Order online, and when you show up, they tell you they can't refund you but will comp your next meal. Try to redeem that comped meal a few days later, and surprise, they're still out of what you originally wanted. There are a few drive-through workers who are genuinely nice, and I feel terrible for them because it's clear they're not getting the backup they need from management....read full review
