We had a large party of 20 today for early dinner, which we called last week to make arrangements for all of us, called again on Wednesday, and again on friday to ensure they would be aware of our group. Well we came a half hour before the time we designated and they were not informed we were even coming. But the staff was able to get us all seated together. Not Good Service was sloooooow, every part of the process. Restaurant was 20% full and multiple serving. Burger was the saltiest ever and one the worst i. Ever had. Fry’s cold and salty, ribs dry and over cooked. We are not building a rocket ship, fortunately I was able to cash out on the table device to exit and not wait for server who was MIA.
