First time going in there today and I was already confused by the layout idea. Why are half the drinks in the front if the building then the rest are in the back? I went to go grab my pick up order and they didn’t pack all my stuff, so I went to the counter and waited about 3-5 minutes for the manager to finally come out. Good food everytime but unfortunately whoever is working the kitchen recently has duped me twice now. I pay for 2 Mac&cheese’s and 2 extra baguettes at the front register every single time I go, when my order is called at the back twice now I don’t have my extra bread and I am told it wasn’t charged on when I can clearly see I was in-fact charged for it. Friendliest panera I've visited! Never have to wait long at all considering how busy this location always is. This location is clean too and the self serve coffee area was spotless and well stocked.
