I gave up meat due to an allergy but when I discovered The Root, I was so excited that I can enjoy meals that I gave up. The old smoky is one of my favorites. And their chips are perfection.

Really good food great service but not for the elderly. You have to to counter to order and pay then go back scarry your food to table that was the only drawback for meIt really is a good food friendly servers redtsurant

I have not eaten vegan food since I was in college a million years ago and all I can say is WOW! The food was amazing, I wouldn't even have known it was vegan. The baked goods were also scrumptious.
