I eat at Jimmy John’s all over because I travel for work. I stopped at this one and wanted to use a gift card I received for Christmas. The machine would not accept the gift card. I went outside and called customer service (who answered almost right away.. a real live person!) the lady on the phone helped the associate through the process of accepting this gift card. I've eaten at more than one location and it was always really good and fresh. On my most recent visit, the staff was super friendly (including a customer that was there), who helped me veganize my meal and make plant-based item choices. Thank you!

Good was good. Would have given 5 starts but the person that took my order must have been new and when I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and peppers on my sandwich he said it comes on it so he didn't put it on the order. Well it didn't come on it. But other than that it was good.
