Very anoyying process, advice for business. You have an online tracker and email system so please go back to utilizing that to let the customer know their order is complete. Please put the orders back into the pizza portal so I may grab my own order instead of waiting in line. Why stop utilizing both of these systems, I'm assuming this is due to them being lazy as no matter the amount of customers my results are the same.

Props to the blonde guy who ran the front and held down the fort this past Friday night!! He was professional and handled the several mishaps very well, all while pulling the team together in the back. There was one chick though that needs a lesson in professionalism.. while we understand the frustration of being short staffed, her constant loud cursing was not appreciated by the customers.

It’s was one of those nights when none of us could agree what to eat and we were driving around. Finally we agreed that Hot ‘n Ready Pizza from Little Caesars on Conant. We arrived right before the store closed and despite being in the process of. Losing for the night the manager (who obviously cares for his crew) made sure that we left with exactly the pizza dinner we craved and wanted. It took a total of 2 minutes, we took our pizza and they still closed the store on-time....read full review
