I went to the shop for the first time today and purchased 4 cupcakes. OMG! Everyone agreed that delicious doesn't begin to describe them. Mine was the salted caramel cupcake and it was melt in the mouth great. I will definitely be back!

I purchased a dozen cupcakes $33 dollars (a fair price IF the cupcakes were good)!! I agree with other reviewers who mention that they were dry, and the frosting was gritty and overly sweet. The varieties are not very flavorful. Total disappointment at a high cost, bummer.

I found ‘A Cupcake a Day’ while looking for a place to bring in some treats to my coworkers for my birthday. Shawna was so quick to respond to my questions, the girl I spoke with over the phone regarding my order was so sweet and they have an awesome variety of cupcakes. They were delicious and so creative. All my coworkers loved them:) I definitely will be back to try more.

I am probably closer to 3 stars, but I am giving the benefit of a doubt. It took someone awhile to realize they had a customer in a shop and in the meantime, another employee came in, went to the back, chit-chatted with the person working, and then came back out, and as an afterthought yelled back "hey, someone is out here". The cookies were very cute, but overly sweet. The salted chocolate chip sandwich cookie was not salted at all- I think maybe she gave me something different from what I had asked for. So overall, they were okay, but I hate to say, I've had better local baked goods. I will try to come back again so I can improve my review.

Called to order 5 dozen cupcakes on a Tuesday for a party on Saturday, wanted to pick up Friday afternoon. Was told they can not accommodate me. To stop in and see what they have left Friday afternoon.Called Miss Amy’s Bakery on Smithville Western Rd in Wooster,She said NO PROBLEM!! Her cup cakes are to die for. Ate 2 on the way home, they where the talk of the party.Not one left over.$27 a dozen, cheaper that Cup Cake A Day. Can not believe they could not set 5 dozen aside for me, I told them I would give them my CC over the phone and pay in cash on pickup.Unbelievable!! “A Cup Cake A Day” unless you want 60 in one day.
