This is the worst fast food experience I’ve had in my life. I use to work at DQ for two years so I generally understand how the fast food environment works. I ordered two milkshakes and a large motzerella stick through the drive thru. When I pulled up to the speaker I was not greeted in a friendly way at all and was just asked “What do you want”. After my order I got my food and pulled into a parking spot, I found out that my mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way through and were still solid and cold to the touch in the center. This was no big deal, whatever I just went back to the speaker and explained what was wrong. The same man told me to pull back around where he was waiting at the window with a thermometer. He measured the temperature of my food while constantly smirking looking down at the thermometer to he. back at me. He never told me the temperature but with the back and forward looks basically he was calling me a liar. He never apologized but did make me new ones. He gave me the new bag which was fine, then just closed the window in my face, so I never had the chance to ask for a manger. 30 min later I got home and went to call the store to complain I was on the line for 5 min and no one picked up. This was at 8pm and the place closed at 11pm. Generally just this one employee made my experience so bad even though they throughout the whole experience I never even got an attitude with him

I went through the drive thru for a late lunch. Purchased the Philly Cheese Steak combo, and went large. Was charged the large but received a medium drink and fry.Reminds me of a Line from Joe PesciThey F$%^ at the drive thru...

I ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich. When I recieved it there was NO brisket! It was only roast beef. Idk if they were out of brisket and tried to pass it off, but it's absolutely unacceptable. Awful and dishonest business practices. DO NOT go to this location!

Went to this location after a very long drive heading across country. Arrived at 8:45 and location was closed! Website says open til 10 pm and the front door says open til 9 pm! I wonder if the manager is aware they're paying someone to sit in a closed restaurant until 10

Prices keep going up! This is ridiculous. The pop sizes keep shrinking!! I purchased a medium drink and i received this drink the size of their old small size drinks. Pop is the cheapest thing a restaurant purchases but they continue to shrink the size and raise the price. Total corporate greed. Goodbye Arby's, I'm done‼️
