We booked with Jerry for our backyard wedding months in advance, and the communication was thorough, frequent, and quite honestly the best customer service I have received in a very long time. “We called a few days ahead of time to make reservations for fourteen. The Manager told us they don't take reservations, but he will do his best to accommodate us.Before we went inside, as we were looking for a place to park, the Manager called and said our tables were ready.We all started showing up at different times. And we all received excellent service.We had kids in our party and the waitresses made them feel comfortable and even sat down with them, at times.Our salads came out, and as usual, they were delicious.Then our meals arrived. They were all cooked to perfection.I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken and it was delicious. I ordered the bigger plate and it was too much food. I took half of it home. They brought out plenty of bread and butter. It was warm and delicious.The Manager visited our tables a couple of times and he made us feel welcome.We were all very grateful for him accommodating us. He had two large tables, side by side, waiting for us.We ended up having twenty people, and the Manager still accommodated us.I highly recommend this Longhorn for their exceptional service and delicious food.And for the Manager that made our time there very special.I regret not getting his name, as I would surely post it proudly.We will be dining here on a regular basis from now on.I'd like to mention, for our special occasion, we were allowed to bring a cake. Most restaurants frown on that.Longhorn does it right. And very delicious too.Kid-friendliness: The waitresses were very friendly to our kids, even sitting with them, at times.“
“We just had a family gathering at Johnny Malloys March 23, 2024. There were 22 of us all together. I called a week ahead to give Johnny Malloys a heads up and requested the regular low tables since my Mom is 87 years young. My husband and I arrived at 2:50. The tables were set up with place settings and menus. We were greeted by Carla, our server. She did an amazing job getting our drinks, putting in our appetizer orders and placing our food orders. Carla was awesome. Our food was amazing. It came out all hot and fresh even though the restaurant was crowded at the time. Very impressed. The ribs and grilled chicken, nachos, quesadillas, wings, pierogies were all delicious. I cannot remember all the food orders. I just know my family was very pleased with everything. We will do this again as a family get together and, of course, just visiting Johnny Malloys on a regular night out. I highly recommend Johnny Malloys and THANK YOU so much, especially Carla and the cooks for accomodating us and for making our family get together a wonderful memory.Parking: Get there early to get the closest parkingKid-friendliness: Kids will love this place too“
“Had the 5 bones of ribs,brisket,pulled pork,mac and cheese,coleslaw, corn bread.All well made nice smoke ring on the brisket, well done! The rub on the ribs was a tad sweet for me,but that's me. Slaw was good, as was the mac. For the price point, we left full. I'd go again.“
“I came last night and ordered a City Sampler which had beef brisket which was so tender, pulled pork sausage and turkey with baked beans and ,greens and corn pudding. The food was amazing! My family loved it. ? The service was awesome and everyone well was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The atmosphere was very clean as well. Would definitely come back again.“
