This is a fast food Mexican style chain restaurant. It is pretty good. The employees seemed efficient and there were some employees cleaning off tables and cleaning up too. We liked our food. Everything is made to order and you just tell them which toppings you want on your food and they prepare it right there n front of you.

This location is typically either very slow and accurate, or moderately fast and wrong, and the staff seems very young and inexperienced, like there was recently a lot of turnover. They also often seem very understaffed, which is kinda the norm for food service these days. But it's always clean, the food is good even when it's incorrect, and everyone working seems pleasant. **Edit to clarify this is nothing against the staff. They're all very sweet.

Stopped by for some food and the lady preparing orders on November 26 around 12:30pm did not have good customer service at all. I did not get her name but she rushed orders, moving to the other side of the counter without asking us what else we wanted and impolite. The food was great but the customer service by this person was horrible and not to Chipotle standards.

It is one of my favorite places to eat. I'm a fan of their steak burrito bowls with extra Carnitas. They are very accurate with their orders. They are quick and keep the place stocked whenever I order from them. When I order online, I use the Grubhub app because it lets me pick this specific Chipotle.

I love Chipotle food when it is fresh and I am a stockholder in this company since it's IPO. I am tired of going into this location and the food is subpar. The meat is old, dried out and almost non existent in the container. You have to ask them to cut fresh meat every time you go in. The bean selection is old and crusted over. Sour cream is usually scraped off the bottom with a spoon. I should not have to ask every single time I go for them to cut fresh meat, get fresh beans and toppings. Super disappointed. Will not patronize this location again.

We had a group of 4 dining in and we were all being very polite, saying please and thank you. When the manager approached us and asked all of us to leave because all of the employees said we were being rude. We truly were not being rude and asked for some further explanation of what we did. The manager proceeded to say we needed to leave or they were going to call the cops.

Many bad experiences here. This one threw me over the top though. One hour before they close seven people working and one person making the order and running the register. I asked for steak they said they don’t have any cause you’re too lazy to make some. They are too worried about cleaning and get it out of there. Worst chipotle ever I don’t know if it’s the new generation or bad management. Don’t recommend going there.
