I enjoyed my visit to Cool Beans where I had a pretzel sandwich and got some pastries for home. Very nice people with a good atmosphere.

The food here is terrible!! On several different occasions I've tried their broccoli cheese soup, chili, kids grilled cheese sandwich; the soup was so watery and tasteless, the chili had more onions and cheese on top than actual chili in the tiny cup, and the $5.50 kids grilled cheese was so BAD it's hard to describe. It's actuallya HALF of sandwich (not whole sandwich), I believe by the inconsistent temperature and the 'hard-as-a-rock' bread and crunchy burnt cheese that this is possibly a frozen sandwich that is heated up by microwave. This was by far the biggest ripoff I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Shane on you, Cool Beans!!

Yuck. Profoundly awful watery coffee. The ONLY REASON they are business is because of their location. The snarky replies from the owner to honest reviewers is highly unprofessional. There are several independent coffee shops in the area that are serving up great coffee. I highly recommend 1904 Keller Kafe. They are outstanding. So glad I found them since I am going to be doing work at medina library for a while. And don't believe the owners "claim to fame" that they've won "best coffee" for ten years. It's not a legitimate contest where people are actually submitting coffee samples to people who actually know good coffee to judge. Trust the 1 star reviews if you know good coffee and are serious about coffee. Don't waste your time at the equivalent of what Wal Mart coffee would be if the mart sold coffee. Owners needs to learn to take responsibility. AVOID!

This place was really great! We went at noon on a Sunday and they were VERY busy - a line out the door the entire time! They were well worth the wait though. The food was delicious and the drinks were fabulous. They have a ton of gluten free options and are very knowledgeable about what is GF. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming despite being incredibly busy. We sat and chatted while we waited for our orders to be ready. The only downside is that they call your name every time an item is ready, not all at once so you have to really be paying attention but that's really not an inconvenience at all just something a first time visitor needs to know. I really liked the atmosphere and experience. I would recommend this place and we'll definitely be back!
It is a really nice place to get a hot drink and pastry. Above all, the staff will make a person want to come back again. Keep up the great work!

This place looks great from the TikTok video I seen to bad, we drove a hour and 18 mins to get here just for it to be closed because they are having a store meeting. Thats fine just wish it could have had a sign or something stating that because the hours online and the door say you close at 8. And we got there 7:15 :(

Stopped in after seeing a TikTok about it. The line was to the door, but it moved quick. I ordered a grilled cheese and soup flight. While waiting, they ran out of one of the soups in my flight. No biggie I got another one. Ordered my sandwich with no tomatoes, but it did end up coming with them on it. Again no biggie as they were busy and easy to take off.Food was very good and filling. I'll be back once the TikTok Fame settles down for sure.
