Upon entering at 6:45am ( no other customers), as a party of 2 , we were grumbled at, the server presented herself with an attitude from the depths of the deep freezer. "What do you want?" We asked for a few minutes to look over the menu, it has been a few years since our last visit, she rolled her eyes. When we did place our order about 3 minutes later, my mom asked, if she could get her eggs cooked over easy, instead of scrambled, the server acted like this was the most atrocious thing that could have ever been asked of her. Within minutes of placing our simple order, I canceled it, offered to pay for our drinks and then left. I have never left a restaurant before like this. We went down to street to Bob Evens and were greeted with a smile and a very different feeling. So do yourself a favor and stay away from Denny's at Rt 18 and 71 in Medina, until you want service with a nasty attitude.

I felt sorry for them having to work on Christmas but was very greatful because we hadn't eaten anything since the morning and we're very hungry! They were very very busy!!! I wish all of them a peaceful night's sleep!!!!
