My fiancé and I came here with my 2 year old daughter for lunch. All was well except the waiter kept hovering around our table. We felt like we couldn't have even a remotely private conversation. I wasn't done with some of my food and she just took my plate away. I have gone here before along with my fiancé and he has had many people go with him here as well, but today was a horrible experience. We only went up one time and as soon as our plates were cleared she immediately brought us the bill. We thought nothing of it and continues to get food. When we were finished eating for real, I handed her my card and she took the bill up, which was interesting because they have never done that before.We thought nothing of it. The cost was $29.98.When she came back for me to sign I got a message from my bank that the restaurant charged my card $35.98. I looked at the receipt to see if I had mistaken the amount. I didn't. The receipt to sign specifically said $29.98. When I glanced at the recommended tip amount I saw that the 25% tip amount was $6.00. The exact amount that was over charged on my card. I looked at my fiancé and told him this. Stunned. I looked back at the receipt thinking about how to handle the situation. I wondered if there had been a mistake.The waitress came over after seeing me getting ready to fill it out and pointed at the receipt where the tip was and pointed where to fill it out at. At this point I am furious. She expected me to tip her what she already charged my card for. I didn't have a say in the matter. I put the Total down of $29.98. Signed the receipt and got up. She gave me the dirtiest look.Had she not charged my card WITHOUT my permission and allowed me to decide the tip, she would have gotten a cash tip of $5. What was done was unprofessional and unethical. So beware using your card here. Don't let the waitress do it. I have not gotten the $6 refunded to my card either. I don't think that I will. I was also worried she would have tipped herself twice by doing that.The food was okay. We got there when it just opened and some of it was cold. So beware.

2.5 would be better. Used to love it but lasr 2 outta 3 food was cold on the soup n appetizer side. I think Royal Buffett further north a mile is better. More seafood n sushi if you like that. Think ill be heading there. In future
Food was OK at best. Everything fried was cold especially the Crab Rangoon and dough balls. Chicken was tough and the rice was not cooked right. Mushy and off tasting. Dinner and a drink was $20. Definitely not worth the price. Server was great, really friendly and

Always enjoy it when we have lunch at Dragon Buffet! My favorites are: peanut butter chicken, pepper chicken, coconut chicken, sautéed zucchini, steamed green beans and crab rangoons! Top it off with ice cream and almond cookies! Staff is attentive and friendly. Could use new carpeting and interior update.
